HOUSTON – A Hardin County man alleges in a state district lawsuit that he was injured last year while disembarking from a hotel shuttle van.

Court documents targeting Alamo Parking Management, LLC claim that an employee of the defendant placed a plastic foot stool next to the vehicle, stating that the stool gave way beneath Edward Wiltz, Jr. when he stepped on it.

According to Wiltz, he did nothing to contribute to the subject event.

Consequently, he seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

Mark B. Levin of the Stern Law Group in Bellaire is representing the plaintiff.
