Fresh Start Hospitality alleged to owe more than $40,000 to contractors

HOUSTON – Contractors allege a Humble business failed to pay them for their services.

Arnulfo Ponce; Willmart Guzman; and Leonardo Gonzalez doing business as III HC Pumping, filed a complaint on Nov. 12 in the Harris County District Court against Fresh Start Hospitality LLC alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they provided construction-related work to the defendant. After all just lawful offsets, payments and credits, they allege the amount of $40,633 remains due and owing. 

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek monetary relief of $100,000 or less and such other and further relief to which they are entitled. They are represented by Javier Marcos Jr. of The Law Offices of Marcos & Associates PC in Houston.
