HOUSTON – A well site worker is seeking more than $1 million in damages over injuries he allegedly sustained while power washing.

Collin Williamson filed a complaint on Nov. 16 in the Harris County District Court against Precision Drilling Co. LP and Anadarko Petroleum Corp. alleging negligence

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 12, he was working on Anadarko's well site in Loving County. While power washing a shaker owned by Precision, he alleges he fell into a hidden hatch/hole, severely injuring his leg.

The plaintiff holds Precision Drilling Co. LP and Anadarko Petroleum Corp. responsible because Precision allegedly failed to properly install the shaker and platform, failed to adequately maintain the same and both defendants allegedly failed to give adequate warning of the dangerous condition.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of more than $1 million and such other and further relief to which he may be entitled. He is represented by Todd A. Hunter Jr., Stuart R. White and Kevin W. Liles of Liles White PLLC in Corpus Christi and Juan Reyna of Reyna Injury Lawyers PC in Corpus Christi.
