BEAUMONT – An Orange County man alleges the negligence of a Jefferson County physician caused paralysis.
Raymond Parish filed a complaint on Oct. 29 in the Jefferson County District Court against Golden Triangle Neurocare LLP, Dr. Ian F. Angel and Ian F. Angel MD, PA alleging medical negligence.
According to the complaint, Angel performed back surgery on the plaintiff in August 2016 and the plaintiff alleges he began exhibiting signs of a cerebrospinal fluid leak after he was discharged.
