HOUSTON – A painting and remodeling company alleges that the owners of a Houston home failed to pay it for its services.

Gimmestad Painting Inc. filed a complaint on Nov. 20 in the Harris County District Court against Chad Traxler and Emily Traxler alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided labor and materials to repair and remodel defendants' home at 750 Thistlewood Drive in Houston. After all offsets and credits, the amount of $36,857.50 allegedly remains due and owing.

The plaintiff holds Chad Traxler and Emily Traxler responsible because the defendants allegedly continue to fail and refuse the pay the amounts due and owning.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants an amount of $36,857.50, pre- and post-judgment interest, attorneys' fees and any other relief as the plaintiff may show itself justly entitled. It is represented by Kenton Andrews and Manuel P. Schoenhuber of Andrews Myers PC in Houston.
