HOUSTON – A patron of a Conroe restaurant alleges she was injured by chemical inhalation two years ago.

Stephanie Kosut filed a complaint on Nov. 20 in the Harris County District Court against Margarita & Peppers Mexican Grill and Bar and Margarita & Peppers LLC alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 25, 2016, she sustained serious and permanent injuries due to chemical inhalation in the restroom at the defendants' premises. She alleges she suffered pain, mental anguish, disability, loss of earnings and medical expenses as a result.

The plaintiff holds Margarita & Peppers Mexican Grill and Bar and Margarita & Peppers LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently allowed the creation and continued existence of the condition and failed to warn of the condition.

The plaintiff seeks damages between $25,000 and $50,000 and all further relief that is legal and equitable. She is represented by Adam P. Criaco of Criaco & Associates in Houston.
