HOUSTON – A Cypress woman has brought a state district personal injury lawsuit against Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. and others.
Maria Felix Ruiz de Luna initiated the litigation on Nov. 29 in the Harris County 133rd District Court, asserting that “a heavy metal object fell from the ceiling” at the defendants’ property and “seriously” injured her on Feb. 14, 2017.
According to court filings, the respondents allowed the condition to exist.
Consequently, the plaintiff seeks unspecified monetary damages.
