HOUSTON – A Fort Bend County law firm alleges that a Spring man who sought its services for a divorce and a child custody battle has not come forward with payment.
Harris County District Court records show that the Kutty Law Firm, PLLC filed a lawsuit against Abdulrazaq Haruna on Dec. 5 in the 152nd District Court.
Kutty and Haruna reportedly entered into a written contract on Sept. 14, 2017. According to the plaintiff, the client “has refused to make payment and has ignored all calls from the firm attempting to make collection efforts.”
Haruna purportedly owes the complainant $13,833.54.
The firm is representing itself.
