Car accident 34

HOUSTON – Customers of a Houston tire shop allege the company's failure to tighten the wheels on their vehicle caused an auto accident in San Antonio.

Librado Moreno Torres, et al. filed a complaint on Dec. 11 in the Harris County District Court against Eagle Tire and Auto, et al. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Dec. 12, 2016, they purchased new tires from the defendants. While traveling on Interstate 35 in San Antonio, the suit states the rear passenger tire came off of the vehicle, causing it to roll five times. The plaintiffs allege they suffered serious injuries as a result.

The plaintiffs hold Eagle Tire and Auto, et al. responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently failed to properly tighten the wheels on plaintiffs' vehicle.

The plaintiffs seek monetary relief of more than $200,000 but less than $1 million and such other and further relief to which they may be justly entitled. They are represented by Albert Lee Giddens in Pasadena.
