HOUSTON – A driver is seeking damages from a Harris County company over a collision in Houston.

Jasmine Stribling filed a complaint on Dec. 11 in the Harris County District Court against Houston Emergency Auto Rescue & Trucking alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 25, 2018, she was injured when defendant's truck collided with her vehicle on Holcomb Boulevard in Houston. She alleges she sustained serious injuries to her head, neck, back and other parts of the body as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Houston Emergency Auto Rescue & Trucking responsible because defendant's employee/driver allegedly failed to maintain a safe distance, failed to pay proper attention on the road and failed to obey traffic control devices.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of more than $1 million and such other and further relief deemed just and proper. She is represented by Jason A. Itkin, Noah M. Wexler, Ben Bireley and Rebecca L. Adams of Arnold & Itkin LLP in Houston.
