HOUSTON – A local auto dealership has been implicated for “deceptive conduct” in a costumer’s state district lawsuit.

Rodolfo Soules’s suit against Fisher-Haas Infiniti, Inc., doing business as Southwest Infiniti, accuses the business of failing to disclose to him when he bought a 2015 BMW 435i Coupe from it in 2016 that the odometer had a discrepancy.

According to court papers filed on Dec. 13 in the Harris County 189th District Court, the dealership’s actions kept Soules from trading the vehicle in prior to its warranty expiration last year.

Consequently, the plaintiff seeks unspecified monetary damages.

He is represented by Ivan J. Capellan of the law firm Hightower | Capellan in Houston.
