Aviation company faces sexual harassment suit from female ex-employees

Lawsuits

HOUSTON – The law firm Peckham Martin in Houston has filed a lawsuit on behalf of two women who allege that they were sexually harassed as employees of a North Texas aviation company, recent Harris County District Court records show.

According to the suit brought by Yesenia Leso and Aracely Vasquez against SCIS Air Security Corp. on Dec. 17 in the Harris County 269th District Court, the women were the targets of unwanted advances from their supervisor, Jeffrey Frohm.

SCIS employed Leso as security while Vasquez worked as an air security coordinator, each under Frohm’s watch. The plaintiffs claim that they felt uncomfortable whenever the supervisor “talked about sex in the workplace.”

Frohm, who is not a party in the litigation, purportedly touched each complainant in an inappropriate way.

The suit states that the women reported Frohm’s behavior and actions to no avail as they were retaliated against and ultimately terminated.

Consequently, the plaintiffs seek unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
