HOUSTON – A Houston-based ATM service provider alleges a Pennsylvania individual breached their contract by failing to process ATM transactions.

Cardtronics USA filed a complaint on Dec. 17 in the Harris County District Court against Xue W. Zhang alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 15, 2005, the parties entered into an ATM/CTM services agreement. The plaintiff alleges its loss prevention department sent the defendant a letter in May 2018 notifying him that he was in breach of their agreement because he had stopped processing ATM transactions. The plaintiff alleges that letter was unanswered, but the defendant answered a second letter and stated a technical problem caused the failure to process the transactions.

The plaintiff alleges the defendant has not responded to further communications and that it has been damaged in the amount of $15,257.91

The plaintiff seeks all damages in an amount within the jurisdictional limits of the court, attorney's fees, costs, interest and such other and further relief to which it may be entitled. It is represented by Joshua M. Didlake in Houston.
