HOUSTON – A Weatherford hydro excavation service provider alleges it was not paid for its services by a San Antonio individual.

Cyclone Services filed a complaint on Dec. 18 in the Harris County District Court against James Mann, doing business as Double M Services LLC, alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided hydro excavation services to defendant for a total amount of $8,250 in 2018. To date, said amount allegedly remains due and owing.

The plaintiff holds Mann responsible because the defendant allegedly accepted plaintiff's services and did not pay for them.

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of $100,000 or less. It is represented by Victoria Filippov Nemeth and Jamie Stewart Sparacino of Filippov Law Group PLLC in Houston.
