GALVESTON – A Houston company alleges it was not paid in full for work done at a Galveston County property.
Attarco LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 26 in the Galveston County District Court against Trudo Properties LLC and Kevin Brent Roberts alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff entered into a contract with the defendants for the construction and/or improvement of a Galveston County property at 2001 Mariner Way.
After all proper credits, offsets and payments, the plaintiff alleges the amount of $16,900 remains due and unpaid.
The plaintiff holds Trudo Properties LLC and Roberts responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the full amount on the contract.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of less than $100,000 and other non-monetary relief. It is represented by Sadi R. Antonmattei-Goitia of Sullo & Sullo LLP in Houston.
