GALVESTON – Two Harris County individuals allege a Galveston man failed to pay for the purchase of two motorcycles.

Trevor Scott Curtis and Stanley Hamilton filed a complaint on Dec. 26 in the Harris County District Court against Kenneth Wayne Deal alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on July 5, 2018, they made a verbal agreement with the defendant for the purchase two motorcycles for $7,700, including helmets and covers. The suit states the parties agreed that $750 for defendant's past labor as a handyman for the plaintiffs would serve as a down payment.

The plaintiffs allege the defendant has failed to pay the remaining balance of $6,950 and now claims the plaintiffs owe him $14,650 for storage and reimbursement fees for the motorcycles.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against defendant in the amount of $6,950. They are represented by Max Sukiennik in Galveston.
