HOUSTON – A local canine day care center is facing a personal injury lawsuit from one of its employees, recent Harris County District Court records show.

Holly White’s suit against Animal Crackers Boarding and Grooming, LLC asserts the business was responsible for when White injured herself while attempting to secure a dog for grooming.

According to court filings dated Dec. 26, the grooming area at the defendant’s facility in Spring “was too small, inefficiently configured, and/or lacking proper equipment.”

Consequently, White seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

She is represented by Timothy O. Partin of the Daspit Law Firm in Houston.
