HOUSTON – A Harris County woman’s post-Christmas trip to a local mall last year allegedly resulted in a slip and fall.
Maria O. Martinez blames The Millard Group, LLC and Baybrook Mall, LLC for the Dec. 29, 2017 incident in a lawsuit filed on Jan. 3 in the Harris County 234th District Court.
According to the suit, Martinez slipped and fell on a piece of sausage that was left on the floor of the Baybrook Mall food court. The plaintiff reportedly hit her head on the floor and suffered painful bodily injuries.
Consequently, Martinez seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
