HOUSTON – A Harris County homeowner alleges debris left on her property by workers caused her to trip and fall.

She alleges the defendants left trash and debris in a manner as to cause a hazard, and she was not able to clean up the building materials on her own due to her age and physical stature.

The plaintiff seeks actual and special damages, costs, expenses, interest and all other relief to which she may be entitled. She is represented by David K. Mestemaker, Norman Straub and Jonathan B. Zumwalt of Mestemaker & Straub in Houston.
