HOUSTON – A Grand Prairie man is alleged to have breached an agreement regarding the ownership of pharmacies by closing them.

TM Pharmacy Services, Giang Vu and Linh Dong filed a complaint on Jan. 7 in the Harris County District Court against Darren Tran and NDC Pharmacy LLC alleging breach of contract, conversion and other counts.

According to the complaint, in April 2017, Vu and Tran entered into a contract to jointly own multiple pharmacies. The plaintiffs allege that Tran breached his obligations under the contract by closing the pharmacies and transferring money and prescriptions to NDC Pharmacy.

Dong alleges that in October 2018, Vu transferred money and prescriptions from TM Pharmacy to NDC Pharmacy.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek monetary relief of more than $1 million and such other relief to which plaintiffs are entitled. They are represented by Pete Mai and John Na of Mai & Na PLLC in Houston and David Tang in West University Place.
