HOUSTON – A steakhouse and a northwest Houston shopping center housing the eatery have been named in a Harris County man’s personal injury lawsuit.

Gordon Hazlett claims in documents filed against Landry’s G.P., Inc. and DDR Willowbrook Eat, LLC on Jan. 11 in the Harris County 295th District Court that he “stepped into an uneven rocky path” at Saltgrass Steakhouse in Willowbrook Plaza and fell on Apr. 30, 2017.

According to the original petition, the defendants failed to maintain the sidewalk “in a reasonably safe manner.”

Consequently, Hazlett seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

He is represented by the law firm Guerra & Farah, PLLC in Houston.
