HOUSTON – A Harris County man has pursued legal action in response to an alleged fall down the stairs at a southwest Houston apartment complex almost two years ago.
Duane Moore filed a lawsuit against the property’s owner, Randall Q. Smith Investments, Inc., on Jan. 22 in the Harris County 55th District Court.
Moore’s suit attributes the Feb. 22, 2017 incident at 5929 Queensloch Dr. which “seriously” injured the plaintiff to inadequate lighting and the stairs being uneven.
Consequently, Moore seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
