According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 15, 2017, she underwent a balloon plasty procedure for sinusitis under the care of the defendant. The suit states during the procedure, the defendant transected the right medial and inferior rectus muscle and caused a right orbital wall fracture.
