HOUSTON – Alleging that an employee of National Oilwell Varco L.P. caused him to fall at a worksite more than a year ago, Harris County resident Angel Rojas has filed a lawsuit.
Rojas’s suit, which was filed on Feb. 13 in the Harris County 151st District Court, says that the Dec. 22, 2017 incident occurred at a Tuboscope worksite owned by the defendant located at 9050 Sheldon Rd. in Houston.
The plaintiff was loading material onto a truck bed when the worker in question began driving, causing the former “to fall on his back and hurt his head, back, neck, and shoulders,” court papers say.
Consequently, Rojas seeks unspecified monetary damages.
