DocTech sues Menger Valve for breach of contract

By John Suayan | Feb 22, 2019

HOUSTON – Patrick O’Hara of the O’Hara Law Firm in Houston has filed a breach of contract lawsuit for DocTech LLC, according to recent Harris County District Court records.

In the 4-page complaint filed on Feb. 21 in the 129th District Court, DocTech asserts that Menger Valve, LLC and its purported proprietor, Marek Menger, are in financial debt to it for certain services provided.

Menger is reported to have “orally agreed to the rates provided to the defendants in writing.”

“Marek Menger never intended to honor his commitment as is his pattern and practice,” the suit says. “Mr. Menger owns several companies and has a reputation for not paying the amount due under the contracts involving his companies.”

DocTech adds that it was unaware of Menger’s supposed reputation “when it executed an agreement with the defendants and performed services.”

Consequently, the plaintiff seeks unspecified monetary damages.
