SHERMAN — A publishing company is suing a business partner, alleging breach of contract.
Rocky Mountain Publishing LLC, doing business as HomeCEUConnection.com, filed a complaint March 8 in U.S. Eastern District Court of Texas Sherman Division against The Doyle Group Inc and Protection Plan Inc., alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, in 2015 the defendants entered in an e-learning management agreement with HomeCEU, The suit says the defendants chose to terminate the agreement in February 2019, but they made numerous demands that are beyond the scope of the plaintiff's obligations.
HomeCEUConnection.com, seeks awards and damages deemed fit by the court. It is represented by attorney S. Wallace Dunwoody of Munck, Wilson, Mandala LLP in Dallas.
