HOUSTON — A Montgomery County woman is suing her business partners, alleging they forced her out of involvement with the company but refused to buy her out.

Monica Biehl filed a complaint March 8 in Harris County District Court against M2K Logistics LLC, M2K Transport LLC, Kimberly Haynes and Michelle Ryan, alleging breach of agreement.

According to the complaint, Biehl and the defendants entered into an agreement and formed Transport and Logistics. The plaintiff, the suit says, owned 34 percent of the business and the defendants each owned 33 percent.

Court documents say a dispute arose, and Biehl is no longer employed by the company as of Jan. 31, 2019. The plaintiff says she was removed from her position as an officer at a meeting of the members on Feb. 25, and the defendants have locked Biehl out of all aspects of the business while refusing to buy out her interest in the company.

Biehl seeks reivership, attorney fees, costs of the suit and all other just and legal relief. She is represented by attorney Victoria Fair Woo of Kingwood.
