HOUSTON —  A Houston man is suing his fomer employer, alleging he was terminated for no reason.

David VanderSchee filed a complaint March 19 in Harris County District Court against Intertek USA Inc., doing business as Intertek Technical Services Inc., alleging breach of contract, 

According to the complaint, VanderfSchee began working for Interrek in October 2016. The plaintiff says he was given an employee egreement and relocated to Spring, Texas. However, the suit says, VanderSchee was informed Feb. 28, 2018 ,that he was being terminated, even though he had not done anything to deserve the termination.

VanderSchee seeks trial by jury, actual damages between $200,000 and $1 million, reasonable attorney fees, court costs and all just relief. He is represented by attorneys S. Mark Siurek and Patricia Haylon of Warren & Siurek LLP in Houston.
