GALVESTON – An alleged breach of a disposal agreement for waste disposal services has yielded a state district lawsuit.

According to recent Galveston County District Court records, Galveston County Landfill TX, L.P. filed the suit against Impact Waste, L.L.C. on Mar. 20 in the 405th District Court.

The complaint explains that Galveston County Landfill and Impact entered into the subject agreement in early March 2017 in which it allowed the defendant to dispose of certain waste at the Galveston County Landfill in Alta Loma.

Impact purportedly incurred a debt of $27,064.68 between June 1, 2018 and August 31, 2018. The suit claims that the respondent has failed to pay the past due balance.
