Spring law firm alleges client owes more than $2,000

HOUSTON — A Spring law firm is suing a client, alleging it is owed more than $2,000.

Amy Thomas Perez Law Firm PC filed a complaint March 26 in the Harris County District Court against Stephanie Lowe, alleging breach of a written contract

According to the complaint, the law firm and Lowe entered into an agreement Aug. 18, 2017, in which the defendant agreed to pay Amy Thomas Perez Law Firm for legal services. The plaintiff says it is currently seeking $2,852.57 on the account that Lowe has failed to pay. The plaintiff says it has fully complied with the terms of the agreement.

Amy Thomas Perez Law Firm seeks attorney fees of at least $5,000, judgment for $2,852.57 and court costs, monetary damages up to $100,000, plus all just relief. It is represented by attorney Hal D. Hale of The Hale Firm PC in Houston.
