146 Investments LLC filed complaint on April 18 in the Galveston County District Court against Tommy Steven Macklin, doing business as The Bunker Cigar Lounge, alleging breach of contract.

The plaintiff alleges the defendant has failed to pay the lease since April 1, and has abandoned the property.

146 Investments seeks actual damages between $33,075 and $75,000, plus interest, court costs, attorney fees and all other just relief. It is represented by attorneys Kyle L. Dickson and Philip J. Nolen of Murray Lobb PLLC in Houston.
