Bank of America alleges business has failed to pay off $150,000 loan

GALVESTON — Bank of America is suing clients, alleging failure to pay off pay off a $150,000 loan.

Bank of America filed a complaint April 23 in Galveston County District Court against State 2 State Field Welding Services LLC, Alvin Cobb and SWK Global Management LLC, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, Bank of America issued a loan to the defendants July 6, 2018, for the amount of $150,000. The suit states the defendants have failed to abide by the terms of the loan by failing to make payments as required. 

The plantiff alleges the defendants currently are indebted for $153,486.87, plus interest.

Bank of America seeks between $100,000 and $200,000, attorney fees, court costs and all other just relief. It is represented by attorneys K. Mark Vincent, Susan Oliver Simpson and Thomas M. Sellers of Vincent, Serafino, Geary, Waddell, Jenevein PC in Dallas.
