Company alleges loan customer owes nearly $14,000

GALVESTON — A Santa Fe company is suing a Galveston County loan customer, alleging he owes nearly $14,000.

Early Riser LLC filed a complaint April 23 in Galveston County District Court against Everett Eugene Eaton II, alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, Early Riser entered into a promissory note with Eaton for $24,980. The suit states Eaton has failed to pay the plaintiff the balance due and is currently indebted for $13,944.36 and interest.

Early Riser seeks no less than $13,944.36, interest, attorney fees, court costs and all other just relief. It is represented by attorney Kyle L. Dickson of Murray Lobb PLLC in Houston.
