Information technology company alleges it is owed more than $83,000 by media business

HOUSTON — A information technology company is suing a business partner, alleging the plaintiff was not paid more than $83,000 for services delivered.

Citoc Inc.,filed a complaint April 25 in Harris County District Court against Southeast Media Inc., alleging breach of contract. 

According to the complaint, in August 2016 Citoc and Southeast Media entered into a contractual agreement in which the plaintiff agreed to provide services to the defendant information technology and services for payment. 

The plaintiff says it delivered the services but Southeast Media the defendant has failed to pay for the services, totaling $83,124.35 in value.

Citoc seeks trial by jury, attorney fees, liquidated damages between $100,000 and $1 million, court costs and all other just relief. It is represented by attorney Jared R. Woodfill of Woodfill Law Firm PC in Houston.
