GALVESTON — A building company is suing a La Porte customer who has allegedly failed to pay nearly $30,000.
American Builders & Contractors Supply Co., Inc., doing business as ABC Supply Co. Inc., filed a complaint May 1 in Galveston County District Court against Christian L. Wade, alleging unjust enrichment.
ABC Supply says it provided services to Wade, beginning in 2018. The defendant allegedly agreed to pay for the services issued but then failed to do so. The plaintiff seeks $29,768.09 for the unpaid damages.
ABC Supply seeks the actual unpaid damages, interest, attorney fees, courts costs and all just relief. It is represented by attorney A. Lee Rigby of Rigby Slack Lawrence Berger + Comerford PLLC in Austin.
