Leasing company alleges tenant allegedly failed to make monthly payments

GALVESTON — A Houston leasing company is suing a tenant who allegedly failed to make her monthly payments.

CPT Holly Springs LP filed a complaint May 24 in Galveston County District Court against Sara Wolfe, alleging breach of contract and failure to pay.

According to the complaint CPT Holly Springs and Wolfe entered into a lease agreement but the defendant has failed to make her monthly payments. The plaintiff alleges Wolfe owes $8,194.48 in payments.

CPT Holly Springs seeks judgment of $8,194,48, interest, $3,500 in reasonable attorney fees, court costs, interest and all other just relief. It is represented by attorney Jody D. Jenkins of Jenkins, Wagnon & Young P.C. in Lubbock.
