Steel company alleges client owes $64,000

GALVESTON — A steel company is suing a League City client, alleging failure to pay more than $64,000 for materials provided.

Steel Complements LLC filed a complaint May 23 in Galveston County District Court against United S&S Group LLC, alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, Steel Complements was hired by United S&S Group to furnish structural steel, metal decking labor and material for property improvements at 2312 Calder Drive, League City. The defendant, however, allegedly has failed to pay the plaintiff for the services and material delivered and is indebted for $64,212.15.

Steel Complements seeks actual damages of $64,212.15, costs of suit, attorney fees, interest, an order to recover the debt, damages and all just relief. It is represented by attorneys Karalynn C. Cromeens and Courtney E. Stricklen of The Cromeens Law Firm PLLC in Houston.
