HOUSTON — A Montgomery County woman is suing a Spring auto dealership, alleging she sustained injuries after falling on wet ground.

Susan Myrick filed a complaint June 12 in Harris County District Court against Autonation USA Corporation, doing business as Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring, alleging negligence and liability.

According to the complaint, on June 24, 2017, Myrick was a customer at the defendant's premises, 21027 Interstate Highway 45 in Spring. The suit says Myrick slipped on the slick ground due to rain, gutters that flowed onto the sidewalk and a lack of any warning of the danger. The plaintiff said she sustained physical injuries, pain and suffering, impairment and medical expenses due to the fall.

Myrick seeks between $200,000 and $1 million in damages, trial by jury, interest, court costs and all other just relief. She is represented by attorney Edward A. Festeryga of The Nielsen Law Firm PC in Houston.
