Lasane Construction alleges customer owes more than $300,000

GALVESTON — A Houston construction company is suing a Galveston client, alleging the defendant has failed to pay more than $300,000 in sums owed.

Lasane Construction LLC filed a complaint July 10 in Galveston County District Court against 3910 Enterprises Inc., alleging lien foreclosure and fraud, 

According to the complaint, 3910 Enterprises engaged Lasane for improvements on property at 1714 69th St. Galveston. The plaintiff alleges it has delivered the services it was obligated to but has not been paid $32,826.90 that is due them. 

The plaintiff alleges it also was engaged by 3910 for improvements at 2101 and 2113 Sealy, Galveston but has not been paid the $293,452 that is due.

Lasane Construction seeks attorney fees, costs of suit, judgment of $326,278.90, interest and all just relief. It is represented by attorney Kevin T. Kennedy of Bellaire.
