Customer alleges negligence caused her to fall on handicap ramp of Woodlands business

HOUSTON — A Harris County woman is suing a Woodlands property owner, alleging she fell on a handicap ramp due to the negligence of management.

Linda Templeton filed a complaint July 15 in Harris County District Court against Wulfe and Co. LLC, Deli Management Inc., CSHV Woodlands LP, Heitman Capital Management LLC, Wulfe Management Services Inc., alleging negligence.

According to complaint, Templeton was at the defendants' property, located at 1340 Lake Woodlands Drive, The Woodlands, on July 13, 2017. The suit alleges Templeton was near the handicap ramp of the business when she fell and was be severely injured due to an uneven surface between the concrete parking lot and the store entrance. 

The fall resulted in the plaintiff suffering physical injuries, the suit says, leading to pain, mental anguish and disfigurement, plus expenses for hospitalization, medical bills and pharmaceuticals.

Templeton seeks relief between $200,000 and $1 million, trial by jury, interest, court costs and all other just relief. She is represented by attorneys Jordan A. Glaze and Josh Garrett of Glaze Garrett PLLC in Gilmer.
