According to the complaint, Westfall was a customer at Dollar Store, 22522 Imperial Valley Drive, Houston on July 25, 2017. The suit alleges Westfall was walking in the crosswalk at the entrance when she slipped and fell on an oily substance, causing her to sustain bodily injuries, leading to pain and suffering, mental anguish and expenses for medical care.
