HOUSTON — An Atlanta man is suing a number of car companies and individuals, alleging he never received a Jeep Wrangler that he purchased.

John Albright filed a complaint Aug. 13 in Harris County District Court against HMS LLC, doing business as HMS Customs LLC, Voltron Motors LLC, William Seth Daniel, also known as Will Williams, and Ashley Rezaei, also known as Mersedeh Williams, and also known as Afrouz Rezaei, alleging breach of contract, violation of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act and breach of warranty of title.

According to the complaint, Albright purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from HMS Customs on Aug. 17, 2017, and paid $89,490 to Voltron Motors, which included charges to customize and modify the vehicle. The plaintiff, however, says he never received the Jeep and the defendants have failed to respond to his calls or attempts to contact them. The plaintiff says he has not received his money back.

Albright seeks actual damages, statutory damages, punitive and exemplary damages, attorney fees, court costs and all other just relief. He is represented by attorney Mark L. Aschermann of Aschermann Law in Austin.
