Trip and fall case lost

HOUSTON — A Houston woman is suing Dillard's, alleging she was injured due to the negligence of management.

Linda Johnson filed a complaint Aug. 21 in Harris County District Court against Dillard's Inc., doing business as Dillard Department Stores Inc., alleging negligence.
