HOUSTON — A Harris County woman is suing Kroger, alleging she sustained injuries from a slip and fall at the defendant's store.

Aida M. Robinson filed a complaint Aug. 23 in Harris County District Court against K034 Kroger East/Houston, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 3, 2018, Robinson was a guest at the Kroger, 16400 El Camino Real, Houston. The suit alleges Robinson sustained severe bodily injuries and bruises when she was caused to slip and fall on a dangerous condition.

The plaintiff alleges Kroger should have known about the dangerous condition or cleaned it up before a customer had the chance to be injured.

Robinson seeks trial by jury, between $100,000 to $200,000, attorney fees, court costs, interest and all just relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Christopher Bradsaw-Hull of Houston.
