HOUSTON — A beauty business owner is suing a Houston property manager, alleging the plaintiff was overcharged for rent and made to make repairs that were the responsibility of the manager.

Katie Richmond & Complete Beauty LLC filed a complaint Sept. 9 in the Harris County District Court against MMA Solutions LLC, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff was a tenant of the property at 3001 Cleburne St., Suite A, Houston, from June 6, 2014 to June 6, 2019.
