T&T Offshore alleges Bouchard Transportation owes more than $31,000

GALVESTON — T&T Offshore alleges Bouchard Transportation owes them more than $31,000 for water-borne transportation services it provided offshore and in the inland waters of Galveston. 

T&T Offshore Inc. filed a complaint  Nov. 1 in Galveston County District Court against Bouchard Transportation Co. Inc., alleging breach of contract. 

According to the complaint, T&T provided services to Bouchard such as the transportation of crew members, company representatives and technicians to and from Bouchard's vessels, as well as transportation of supplies, from March 2018 through July 2019. T&T alleges Bouchard has made $9,425 in payments but still owes $31,165.75. T&T also states it is owed $4,854.83 in interest per the terms of Bouchard's invoice. 

T&T seeks the $31,165.75 plus 1 1/2 percent interest per month, litigation costs and all other appropriate relief. It is represented by attorneys Susan Wilson and Melissa Anderson of The Schouest, Bamdas, Soshea & Benmaier Law Firm PLLC in Houston.
