Galveston County billboard company alleges 2 Rosenberg realtors owe nearly $20,000

GALVESTON — A Galveston County billboard company alleges two Rosenburg realtors owe them nearly $20,000 for billboard advertising. 

Gilbreath & Company, doing business as Gilbreath Outdoor Advertising, filed a complaint Dec. 13 in the Galveston County District Court against The Real Estate Twins LLC, Gregory Griffin and Gabriel Griffin alleging breach of contract. 

According to the complaint, the Griffins entered into a contract to lease a billboard from Gilbreath on Feb. 7, and agreed to pay $16,200 per month for the billboard. Gilbreath alleges that the defendants have failed to pay the amounts due according to the lease contract and owe $19,556.66.

Gilbreath Outdoor Advertising seeks the balance due of $19,956.66, monetary relief up to $100,000, interest, attorney fees of $6,518.89, costs of suit and all other just relief. It is represented by attorney Rich Melendez of Melendez Law PC in Houston.
