HOUSTON — Hertz is suing a Spring motorist whom it alleges caused more than $8,000 in damage when she triggered a collision.
The Hertz Corporation filed a complaint Dec. 10 in Harris County District Court against Abigail Rosales, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on Dec. 14, 2017, Rosales was driving on the 5600 block of Main Street in Houston when her car struck a vehicle owned by Hertz. Hertz alleges it compensated for the damages that Rosales caused in the amount of $8,711.53 and it is requesting that the parties enter into a "written installment payment" agreement.
Hertz seeks monetary damage of $8,711.53, interest, costs of suit and all other just relief. It is by attorneys Jessica Lobes, John Lamerson and Jared Hall of The Rathbone Group LLC in Dallas.
