Audrey Chang, Of Counsel in the Houston office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, has been selected as a 2019 National Influencer by The Business Journals.
The Business Journals’ Influencers series is in its second year of showcasing executives in the legal field. Honorees are selected by editors and staff writers from across The Business Journals’ network of more than 40 publications, and have previously been featured in continuing coverage of the newsmakers. Chang was featured in the Houston Business Journal’s 2019 40 Under 40.

Chang focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including commercial financings, oil and gas transactions, and other general transactional matters. She assists both commercial lenders and corporate clients in debt financing transactions. Additionally, Chang is experienced in representing institutional lenders in real estate construction and development loan transactions, low-income housing tax credit transactions, and corporate trusts in structured finance transactions.
