HOUSTON — Lam Bo Restaurant is facing a negligence suit filed by a woman who slipped, fell and suffered injuries.
Rosalinda Perez filed a complaint Jan. 20 in the Harris County District Court against Lambo Inc., doing business as Lam Bo Restaurant alleging negligence.
According to her complaint, Perez was at the Lam Bo Restaurant in Harris County on Feb. 4, 2018. She alleges she slipped and suffered injuries and claims the restaurant knew of the dangerous condition and failed to warn of the condition on its premises.
Perez seek monetary relief between $200,000 and $1 million, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by Jonathan Perkinson of The Adley Law Firm LTD,LLP in Houston.
